OFFICE CLAIMS REPRESENTATIVE - STUTTGART

SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for resolving property damage and injury claims caused by or incurred by an insured. Handles claims from all lines of coverage written by the Companies. Investigates the facts surrounding a claim, negotiates settlement, collects settlement documents and prepares status reports for file documentation. Duties will be fulfilled from an office environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School education or equivalent and minimum of two (2) years related claims handling experience. Ability to read and interpret documents. Proficiency in written and oral communications. (Bilingual a plus) Must be able to use practical problem solving skills and deal with a variety of variables. PC/Laptop experience required. Detail orientated and organized. Ability to work with the public and present self in a professional manner. (Bachelor's degree may be substituted in lieu of claims handling experience.)
