SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for resolving property damage and injury claims caused by or incurred by an insured. Handles claims from all lines of coverage written by the Companies. Investigates the facts surrounding a claim, negotiates settlement, collects settlement documents and prepares status reports for file documentation. Duties will be fulfilled from an office environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field OR High School education or equivalent and minimum of two (2) years related claims handling experience. Ability to read and interpret documents. Proficiency in written and oral communications. (Bilingual a plus) Must be able to use practical problem solving skills and deal with a variety of variables. PC/Laptop experience required. Detail orientated and organized. Ability to work with the public and present self in a professional manner.
