Qualification Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years experience as a loan processor or related banking activity.
Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Possess good organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Essential Job Functions:
Work under the direction of Loan Operations Manager and Loan Officers.
Prepare loan documents using Jack Henry (JH)/LaserPro software.
Enter/Upload loan information to JH operating system from LaserPro and verify.
Record Mortgages and/or other collateral recordings.
Loan document tracking (exceptions) on JH, curative work and reporting.
Loan/Credit file scanning and indexing to Synergy.
Loan file maintenance.
Closed loan files (processing paid out loan files, preparing, filing and tracking release documents, etc).
Loan review.
Enter exceptions into collateral tracking.
Prepare Loan Renewals, Modifications, Change in Terms Agreements.
Incoming and Outgoing Wires.
Interact with loan customers, insurance agents, title insurance companies.
Back up other members of Loan Operations Team.
Provide clerical support to Loan officers and others if requested.
Follow Bank's policies, procedures and standards.
Maintain customer confidentiality.
Other duties as assigned.
