Division of Endocrinology
Will maintain the Director?s daily schedule, clinic appointments, meetings, other appointments, make travel arrangements and prepares itineraries for the Director, faculty, and visitors. Answers and handles all calls to the Division Director. Will serves as the administrative support for the NIH-funded projects and organizes grand rounds for Division. Assists Division Administrator in gathering/preparing information for reports and meetings, prepares minutes from division meetings, assists the Director in writing grants, manuscripts, correspondence, etc.
Candidate must possess independent judgment in organization of special projects, administrative duties and technical assistance as well as good interaction and rapport.
Masters plus 1 year administrative support experience that includes planning and research, OR Bachelor degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field, plus 3 years administrative support experience that includes planning and research.
Advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Reference Manager required. Microsoft Office certification preferred.
