As a Customer Services Representative, you would work directly with customers to support end-user installations, configurations, upgrades and migrations through problem isolation, verification and resolution. Candidate must have a focus in accounting and/or bookkeeping. The position requires strong interpersonal and communications skills, and basic computer skills. Healthcare IS experience is preferred, but not required. This position also offers competitive salary and benefits.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities
? Provide support for the financial applications associated with Essentia (the LWSI Software solution)
? First point of contact for existing customer problem resolution and troubleshooting
? Communicate with customers both verbally and in writing to ensure customer questions and concerns are processed in a timely manner
? Work within an issue management system to track/resolve issues
? Provide troubleshooting through diagnostics, research, evaluation and documentation
? Research program codes
? Resolve requests by using existing knowledge base, historical records and/or own experience
? Follow established escalation procedures to assign request to appropriate level as required
? Assist customers by continuing their understanding of the Essentia software

Must Have Qualifications:
? Ability to confidently troubleshoot issues
? U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.
? Capable use of Word and Excel
? Strong commitment to serving the customer
? Outstanding oral and written communication skill
? Professionalism

Nice to Have Qualifications:
? Master??s degree with an IT or Business focus.
? Leadership experience focused on engaging others in the delivery and execution of technical solutions and service deliverables.
? Healthcare industry knowledge
