Personal Care Aides CNA PCA Home Health: Care IV Home Health's Russellville branch is currently hiring MULTIPLE Aides to provide care to our patients in the comfort of their homes. Some examples of caregiver duties may include (but are not necessarily limited to): assisting with daily living skills, light meal prep, light housekeeping, personal care, etc. At Care IV, our Home Health Aides provide care either on a set shift basis or on a home health visit basis. PLEASE NOTE: Due to growth, we need to add several part-time qualified Aides to our staff ASAP. We are seeking caring, reliable individuals who meet the following qualifications...

Interested candidates must meet ONE of the following criteria:

1. One year of verifiable experience in an institutional setting such as a home health agency, hospital, hospice, or long-term care facility
2. Provision of a certificate issued by the State of Arkansas for working in long-term care facilities (CNA license)
3. Completion of 40 hour aide training course that meets requirement set forth in state regulations (PCA certificate)
