Tax Manager

Description:

The Tax Manager is responsible for assisting the Tax Director by performing
any and all duties outlined below as well as represents the Tax Department to the bank group as needed. Even though this position is subject to the supervision and approval of the Tax Director, the manager must be able to perform many of the same duties of the Tax Director.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
· BA/BS degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience required
· CPA required
· Six (6) to eight (8) years of tax experience, with three (3) to five (5) years of public accounting required
· Three (3) to five (5) years in bank related taxation preferred
· Multi-state tax experience preferred
