Human Resource Manager
Must be able to handle all day to day functions of a busy one person HR department in a manufacturing facility; must have a generalist background with experience in new hire onboarding, recruiting, worker’s comp administration, time keeping, training, compliance and heavy employee relations. Ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or business and at least 3 years HR management experience or 5 years HR generalist experience. Experience working with visually impaired individuals is a plus. We offer good pay, excellent benefits and paid time off.
