Commercial Agent

Description:

The Commercial Agent will receive requests for title insurance on commercial properties with the average value of $500,000 and above. The incumbent will analyze documentation to determine the type of coverage /endorsement that can be afforded based on the type of transaction. The Commercial Agent will work with attorneys and the underwriter to ensure that any extra hazardous conditions the company is asked to insure are available. The Commercial Agent will also close the loan, prepare the commercial settlement statements, and disburse the proceeds in a timely manner so that the company does not incur a financial loss.

Associates Degree or equivalent related experience and 3 -4 years previous experience in a combination of Title and Closing required.
