Marketing Coordinator


Job Description

General: Overall responsibility for the creation and production of property marketing materials in a manner consistent with the philosophy, policies, procedures, client service standards and professionalism of Colliers International.

Reports To: Office Manager

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good computer skills, experience with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong sense of customer service


• Communicate with clients, prospects and service providers
• Oversee the work of service providers
• Prepare and distribute press releases
• Maintain web site
• Compose letters and prepare reports
• Prepare and update Property Information Brochures for brokers
• Coordinate all company social functions
• Coordinate ordering and placement of all leasing/sale signs
• Create and order all printed materials including stationery, brochures, business cards and promotional items
• Create and maintain an availability map identifying all Colliers listings
• Compile information for property offering packages
• Assist brokers with market reports, proposals, finance and investment packages
• Design marketing and presentation materials
• Maintain commercial database
• Organize meetings and conferences
• Other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Desired Skills & Experience
- Must know Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
- Would like someone with at least 3 to 5 years experience
