Proposal Coordinator


Garver's in-house marketing team seeks to add a Proposal Coordinator. The Proposal Coordinator position requires a creative, detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for closely working with project leaders to track business development opportunities; prepare proposals, government forms, qualification packages, presentations, and other writing tasks. This position helps to coordinate the proposal process for multiple business opportunities by developing win strategies, writing technical sections, providing creative layouts, and organizing large amounts of information for the proposal team.

Minimum Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in English, History, Journalism, Communications, or related, preferably liberal arts, field
•Demonstrated excellent writing and editing skills
•Five years experience in writing, editing, page layout, and document production
•Proficient user of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Preferred Skills
•Knowledge and/or previous experience in the A/E/C industry
•Experience using Adobe InDesign
