Director of Selection Northwestern Mutual-Little Rock


• Assist in organizing events (Off campus meetings, birthdays, celebrations, picnics)
• Conduct initial interviews with FR and FRI candidates and coordinate the selection process
• Conduct in-depth interviews for intern candidates
• Setting appointments for recruiting and center of influence meetings
• Campus career fairs, interviews and class talks
• Prospecting for FR and FRI candidate referrals from FRs, staff members and FR candidates
• Maintain and utilize LinkedIn, Face book and Google Profiles for developing prospecting
• Manage the recruiting database and maintain the recruiting supplies
• Search campus databases for potential candidate resumes
• Coordinate and administer assessments
• Maintain an adequate amount of supplies for training sessions
• On boarding of new staff, interns and FRs
• Inner-office communication for activities and programs
• Manage training schedules
• Serve as the back-up phone attendant for the Little Rock office
