Responsible for resolving property damage and injury claims caused by or incurred by an insured. Handles claims from all lines of coverage written by the Companies. Investigates the facts surrounding a claim, negotiates settlement, collects settlement documents and prepares reports for file documentation. Duties will be fulfilled from an office enrivonment.

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field OR High School education, or equivalent, and minimum of two (2) years related claims handling experience. Ability to read and interpret documents. Proficiency in written and oral communications (bilingual a plus) including letter/memo writing skills, punctuation, grammar and dictation. Must be able to use practical problem solving skills and deal with a variety of variables. Ability to lift/move up to ten (10) pounds and use close vision. PC/laptop experience. Detail orientated and organized. Ability to work with the public an present self in a professional manner.
