Payroll Assistant


Responsibilities – multi-state payroll processing and invoicing, and other miscellaneous accounting reconciliations.

Qualifications – three to five years of related experience in a computerized accounting environment. Hospital payroll/accounting experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Skills – detail oriented; excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills; ability to work well with others as part of a team; capable of performing multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and computerized accounting systems.
