Description:

Association Management Company seeks meeting management professional with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Responsible for collaborating with senior management team for detailed planning & execution of multiple regional conferences from logistics to onsite management. Works with local and national planning committees as well as internal team of meeting management staff. Position is fast paced and requires 25-30 nights/yr travel including some weekends.

Minimum 2 years of meeting management experience required
Bachelors Degree preferred.

Available to travel 25-30 nights/yr


Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective project management & problem resolution skills
Excellent organizational skills & detail orientation
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
