Description:

Seeking a Project Manager Assistant with 2-5 year of commercial construction experience and strong organizational skills. Duties include solicitation of subcontractor bids, bid list development and preparation of contract documents. PMA will maintain submittals, RFI’s and drawing logs in Project Management software and will manage copies, scans, prints, files, plans and specs. Additional duties include creating and maintaining project files throughout the lifecycle of the project to include close-out documents. Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office, AIA and Timberline Project Management required. Salary range $30,000-$35,000 D.O.E. + bonus and health insurance.
