As the Leader of the Finance team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4 professionals and manage all “higher end" areas of accounting and finance. Position is well rounded and will give you the full picture vs. just a piece of the pie.
Responsibilities include managing month end close process, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, contract/revenue recognition issues, review capital requests, assist with pricing products, etc. Areas such as payroll, A/P, A/R, etc. are NOT included in this role. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance plus 7-10 or more years of related accounting experience is required. CPA desired but will consider experience in lieu.
Strong computer skills as well as excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) are necessary in this role as you will be working with numerous other professionals through the organization.
