Nutritional Service Retail/Restaurant Manager

The Nutritional Service Retail Manager will provide daily supervision,
training and scheduling of nutrition employees. Duties will include,
overseeing food quality, temperature controls/temperature logs, customer
service, sanitation/safety of work environment, scheduling maintenance
needs, and maintaining food cost/control. The Manager will work with the
Nutrition Financial Administrator and Retail Management to review annual
budgets and maintain proper food and labor cost and work with Nutrition
Human Resource Administrator for reviewing applicants for open
positions, scheduling/conducting interviews, ensuring annual
requirements and in-services are completed for all employees.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Nutrition, Food Service Management or
related plus 5 years experience in food service management or related
including 2 years supervisory experience.
