HR Generalist/ Manager


NLR company seeks employee to be responsible for all Human Resource activities, including employment process, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance with legislation, and training/development.

Education: Degree in HR, Personnel Management, Business Administration or related strongly preferred, but will substitute work experience for degree, PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.

Experience: 2-10 years work experience, salary will be DOE

Skills: Strong working knowledge of Windows-based software applications.
