A successful insurance company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Need to have great customer service skills and good computer knowledge. Knowledge of medical terminology (including billing and coding) is preferred. Great work environment—pay starts between $12-14/hr, may increase depending on skill/experience!

CLER: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
EDU: High school diploma, college preferred.
EXP: Previous customer service, ideally in a medical or dental office
SKILLS: Good computer skills, will train on their system, typing 45 wpm, 6000 ksph data entry
ATT: Dependable, outgoing, friendly personality, good phone presentation
