Customer Service Rep

Description:

Major Health Insurer is looking for CSR's. Qualified candidates must have either a HS diploma and 2 years of customized customer service OR a college degree. Candidates must be computer literate and be able to type a minimum of 40 wpm.

Education: 48 college hours or experience in medical office

Experience: 2 years of face to face or call center customer service

Skills: General computer knowledge and the ability to type at least 40 wpm and 6,000 ksph.

Attributes: Customer Service Oriented and dependable, flexible work hours.
