PC Technician


BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields.

One to three years experience in Information Technology
preferred. Working knowledge of PC, Laptop, Printers and Portable device hardware and software including Windows XP, Windows 7, MAC OS, Office tools, Imaging software, Virtual Environments, RD, and VDI. Experience working in a healthcare setting servicing and deploying equipment and working help desk calls preferred.

Install, maintain, and enhance both desktop hardware and software applications, as well as printers, in an integrated health information system. Must be able to monitor multiple systems, work a Help Desk system, configure hardware, perform backups, maintain tape backups, and maintain hardware and software inventory using query software. Rotating job assignments, all shifts (10 - 12 hour), and weekends. Good communication and analytical skills required at all customer service levels.

Hourly position range depending on experience
