A successful fast paced professional firm is looking to add to our staff. We need an Executive Assistant to support our CEO and his team. We need a professional who possesses the following skill set:
Strong computer skills
Very organized, follows directions and follows through to completion of task
Ability to multi-task
Professional manner and speech
Take initiative & anticipate needs
A minimum of 5 years experience in the administrative level.
Ability to work as a team, flexible and a positive can-do attitude.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
The ideal applicant should have a track record of success. This will be a temp to perm position eligible for full benefits after 60 days.
