Full Charge Bookkeeper (Desirable Company!)

Professional organization has hired us exclusively to locate a full charge bookkeeper to join their small team. This is a wonderful company, privately owned and managed, and they offer a great work environment.

The role will be responsible for a variety of accounting related duties. Accounts payable, payroll for a small group, payroll tax reporting, A/R, GL entries, recons, etc. As a full charge bookkeeper there will be other duties as well - preparing reports as needed, ad hoc work that comes up, etc. You will report to the Accounting Director and will also have interaction with the owner addressing questions and explaining financial information.

Requirements

2-5 or more years of experience in a bookkeeping or relevant role.

Strong communication skills and the ability and desire to work in a professional environment.

Excel, accounting software experience, etc.
