Call Center Telemedic


The Call Center Telemedic will be responsible for obtaining all pertinent information from callers and documentation in the appropriate format. Must be able to provide clear instructions to both medical staff and non-medical staff during phone communication and interactive video consults. The Telemedic will exhibit good judgment and critical-thinking skills while demonstrating proficiency in the use of telemedicine equipment during telemedicine consults.

Must have current credentialing as a paramedic plus 3 years of working paramedic experience to include six months of active experience as an EMT-Basic within the last year, regardless of total years of experience. Must also have current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and national paramedic certification. Must have intermediate computer skills, and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Work, and Microsoft Excel.
