General Description: To supervise the Service Associates and encourage as well as provide superior customer service. Oversee all Teller operations including scheduling, supervising and providing work direction to the Tellers. Perform routine customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing. Serve as liason between customers and the Bank by providing account information, opening new accounts and professionally handling the customer's daily needs.

A High School diploma or equivalent diploma is required. Two years previous retail banking experience or cash handling experience is expected. Supervisory experience is a bonus.
