Ozarks Electric Cooperative Corporation (OECC), is an electrical distribution company headquartered in Fayetteville, Arkansas. OECC serves the electrical needs of approximately 70,000 members throughout Northwest Arkansas and a portion of Northeast Oklahoma.
This position is a part-time position, generally limited to 15-20 hours per week.

To provide clerical and administrative support for the Operations Department in Job Training and Safety area.
Reports to: JT&S Coordinator
Enters training and licensing documentation into Access Database. Performs a variety of Administrative Functions
Maintains the license and certification calendar for the JT&S Coordinator
Purges old records and files

Education, Training, and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. At least one year in a clerical or dispatching position.
Equipment Operated: Must be proficient with computer, telephone, copy machine, fax, and other office equipment.
Abilities and Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively, orally and written. Must have very good organizational and administrative skills. Must possess the ability to keep information confidential.
Physical Effort: Must be able to perform all activities listed in the job description with or without reasonable accommodation. Job duties are performed in an office environment.
