GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Provides customer service to CM / RDC clients for all regions. Interacts with branch and Treasury Services personnel to resolve customer issues promptly and within banks policy. Assists with CM customers limits and annual renewals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Performs daily support for Cash Management customer in all regions working with branch and Treasury Services personnel as well as directly with customers. This duty is performed daily, about 85% of the time.

2. Monitors customer files to be sure files are certified and processed in a timely manner. This duty is performed daily, about 5% of the time.

3. Provide telephone and email support to bankers / customers. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.

4. Prepares past due reports for all regions. This duty is performed monthly, about 10% of the time.

5. Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned. This duty is performed annually.

6. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

7. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
