Client Service Coordinator: Growing, tech-savvy, national non-profit that develops and provides web-based regulatory compliance services to HR outsourcing firms on a SaaS basis has a full-time, permanent client service position. Job duties include providing new client set-up and training via web conference and delivering ongoing user support. Applicants must have initiative, honesty, attention to detail and excellent MS Office and written/verbal communication skills and a desire to provide outstanding service.
