GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
This position performs duties associated with collection of past due consumer loans, performs customer service functions associated with servicing loans, and may perform duties associated with escrow and tax monitoring.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Contacts customers by mail and telephone concerning payments. This duty is performed daily, about 20% of the time.

2. Monitor, administer, and calculate payment for incoming remittances. This duty is performed daily, about 15% of the time.

3. Perform administrative duties associated with incoming payment transactions. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.

4. Monitor, administer, and calculate loan payoffs. This duty is performed daily, about 15% of the time.

5. Perform administrative duties associated with the processing of credit verifications. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.

6. Receive incoming calls related to loan servicing. This duty is performed daily, about 25% of the time.

7. Perform administrative duties regarding loan participation including reconciliation and audit verifications. This duty is performed monthly, about 10% of the time.

8. Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned. This duty is performed annually, about 5% of the time.

9. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
