The University of Arkansas is seeking applications for an individual to serve in a full‐time, 12‐month, classified, appointed position as an Education Support Specialist at the School of Continuing Education and Academic Outreach‐Global Campus, Rogers facility.
The Education Support Specialist is responsible for supporting non-credit workforce functions; provides administrative support to the Director of Training, Corporate Development & Academic Outreach, performs front-line customer service, effectively communicates needs, problems, and suggestions to program coordinators, manages and maintains all aspects of administration of non-credit programs which may include: preparing reports and documentation relating to programs, ensuring accreditation, certification, and/or licensure of programs. Participates in leadership activities and attends required meetings with leadership.
