GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The security analyst's primary responsibility is the health and availability of DVRs (Digital Video Recorders) corporate wide by routine maintenance and regular monitoring. The security analyst will work with Retail management, Internal Audit, and third party vendors to ensure the Corporate Security Program is followed, and branches successfully pass security audits. In addition, they will manage physical access to the Data Center, Operations Center, Operations II, Marketing, and HR buildings including key card access and the alarm systems. The security analyst may also assist with fraud case investigation and coordinate with law enforcement to fulfill Centennial Bank's legal responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Monitor the health of all DVRs using Ops Center software. This duty is performed daily, about 25% of the time.

2. Observe camera footage to ensure proper view and clarity is being captured. This duty is performed daily, about 25% of the time.

3. Assist in maintaining the Corporate Security Program and may be involved in writing procedures. This duty is performed as needed.

4. Research and recommend standard DVR and camera equipment. This duty is performed as needed.

5. Communicate trouble situations to Retail Management. This duty is performed as needed.

6. Schedule equipment maintenance with vendors and internal resources. This duty is performed weekly.

7. Work with Internal Audit to ensure all bank assets are protected and video equipment is within policy. This duty is performed monthly, about 15% of the time.

8. Assist Retail management with video research and other requests of time-sensitive matters. This duty is performed as needed.

9. Perform all administrative duties related to Ops Center software. This duty is performed weekly, about 25% of the time.

10. Issue and collect key cards for the Data Center, Operations Center, Ops 2, Marketing, and HR buildings. This duty is performed as needed.

11. Manage alarm codes for the Data Center, Operations Center, and Ops 2 according to management approval. This duty is performed as needed.

12. Field support tickets for and work with Securitas or other vendors regarding issues related to the Data Center, Operations Center, Ops 2, Marketing, and HR. This duty is performed as needed.

13. Perform all administrative duties related to card access system. This duty is performed as needed.

14. Complete audit requests for security equipment located in the Data Center and Operations Center buildings. This duty is performed monthly, about 10% of the time.

15. Perform BCP (Business Continuity Plan) Physical Security tasks. This duty is performed as needed.

16. Responsible for supply ordering for Physical Security & Fraud department. This duty is performed as needed.

17. Responsible for working with the Physical Security & Fraud Officer and vendors for the security layout planning for acquisitions and new buildings. This duty is performed as needed.

18. Fulfill research requests by law enforcement. This may include video research or subpoena requests. This duty is performed as needed.

19. Responsible for the management of the fraud database. This duty is performed daily.

20. Responsible for security dashboard/customer management tool administration. This duty is performed as needed.

21. Responsible for testing of physical building security assets, including monthly panic button testing, physical walkthroughs, and fire extinguisher checks. This duty is performed monthly.

22. Manage and respond to 911 Cisco Emergency Responder calls from all branches. This includes Bi-Annual testing. This duty is performed as needed.

23. Responsible for fulfilling Physical Security & Fraud support tickets in bank's ticketing system. This duty is performed daily.

24. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

25. Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned. This duty is performed as needed.

26. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CompTIA A+ Certification
CompTIA Security+ Certification


SOFTWARE SKILLS REQUIRED
Intermediate: 10-Key, Alphanumeric Data Entry, Word Processing/Typing
Basic: Accounting, Contact Management, Database, Presentation/PowerPoint, Spreadsheet

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
General knowledge related to physical security, DVRs, and video surveillance required.
1 year knowledge and experience with Verint Systems' Ops-Center and Vid-Center preferred.
1 year knowledge and experience with Pacom Systems preferred.
1 year of experience in Retail Banking/Financial Services preferred.
