GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Assists customers and employees with a variety of trust department related issues. Provides front desk for the trust department. Takes and directs all phone calls for the department. Must become familiar with all personal trust account files. Scans and files documents. Takes care of distribution requests for beneficiaries. Handles the administrative duties for trust accounts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Handle phone calls for the department. This duty is performed daily, about 20% of the time.

2. Trust checks and administration. This duty is performed daily, about 30% of the time.

3. File and Scan. This duty is performed daily, about 20% of the time.

4. Provide support for Trust Department Manager. This duty is performed daily, about 20% of the time.

5. Administer distributions to trust beneficiaries. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.

6. Maintain confidentiality. This duty is performed as needed.

7. Complete required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned. This duty is performed annually.

8. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of a specialized field (however acquired), such as basic accounting, computer, etc. Equivalent of four years in high school, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college, plus 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
