Law Firm Chief Operating Officer in Little Rock

With approximately 100 lawyers and four offices, prestigious, Little Rock-based law firm is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to replace the incumbent who is retiring in 2018.

The COO will participate in and help execute the firm’s strategic efforts and will oversee its business and financial matters, including overall operations, finance, information technology, marketing and business development, human resources and facilities management. The compensation package is commensurate with the position and responsibilities. The successful candidate likely will have excellent academic credentials and proven executive and management experience and skills. Prior experience as the principal administrator of a major law firm, or as a key member of a major law firm’s administrative leadership, is preferred.
