GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
To process all lockbox accounts in a timely and professional manner.
Receive, separate, and distribute incoming US postal mail for Arkansas Region branches and departments. Receive and separate incoming mail for all lockbox accounts; open and verify contents. Process all lockbox transactions according to predetermined procedures. Incumbent is responsible for Level 1 troubleshooting vendor hardware and software issues. They will be responsible for balancing all lock box accounts on a daily basis and may have customer contact when resolving out of balance situations or disputes. Incumbent will maintain a daily spreadsheet that tracks customer volumes for monthly billing. Incumbent will be required to have working knowledge of both Item processing and Mail Services functions and provide support for these area on peaks days and/or employee vacations. Incumbent may be called upon to work additional hours or weekends.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Separate and distribute USPS mail daily. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.

2. Open and separate all Lockbox customer payments. This duty is performed daily, about 40% of the time.

3. Balance Lock box accounts for processing daily. This duty is performed daily, about 25% of the time.

4. Maintain daily working spreadsheet totals for account volumes. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.

5. Process customer lock box payments. This duty is performed daily, about 40% of the time.

6. Ensures software is working properly. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.

7. Maintains all scanning equipment in a good working order. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.

8. First line of contact for Lock box customer account inquires. This duty is performed daily, about 20% of the time.

9. Assist Mail Services Department when needed. This duty is performed as needed.

10. Assist Item Processing Department when needed. This duty is performed as needed.

11. Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned. This duty is performed annually.

12. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc, plus 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Employee must be flexible in scheduled hours, some overtime may be required.
