CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST
First Service Bank is now accepting applications for a full-time Video Teller Customer Care Specialist in Greenbrier, Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy providing superior customer service and would like to work with a professional team in a dynamic and growing banking environment.
High School diploma or equivalent, six months or more of providing excellent customer service experience in a business-related environment, outstanding communication skills, including verbal, written, and face-to-face interactions, professional appearance, experienced with computers and technology, detail-oriented, and excellent organizational skills are all required.
Prior banking and sales experience preferred, but not required.
Must be available to work full-time Monday through Friday (7 a.m. – 9 p.m., 8 – hour shifts available) and rotating Saturdays (8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.) It is preferred that applicants live within 20 miles of Greenbrier or be willing to relocate.
