Scott Rowland of Magnolia Named New President of Forest Landowners Association

Scott Rowland recently became president of the Forest Landowners Association, based in Atlanta and comprising more than 5,000 members. The association advocates for the rights of private landowners in regard to open markets for forest products and supports them regardless of size, corporate structure, location, certification or tax classification.
