Arkansas Business Presents the 40 Under 40 Class of 2013 
Scott Cole
Scott Cole has served as plant manager of Cooper Tire's Texarkana facility since July 2010, when he was chosen to replace Alex Perry. Cole has been with the company since 1988 and has held several engineering positions, serving as technical manager prior to being promoted to plant manager. Cooper Tire currently ranks No. 9 on the 2012 Arkansas Business list of the state's largest manufacturers with an estimated 1,700 employees.
