David Rainwater has been at Mangan Holcomb Partners for 22 years, working in almost every area of the business. As president and CEO, Rainwater is responsible for overseeing the agency's overall operations and strategic planning function. In his time in the advertising industry, Rainwater has worked with clients in many different business categories, from agriculture to health care to higher education. In his role as CEO, Rainwater directs much of Mangan Holcomb's business operations in collaboration with his partners, Chip Culpepper and Sharon Tallach Vogelpohl.
