Wallace Fowler
Wallace Fowler continues building his third successful banking franchise with total assets at Liberty Bancshares surpassing $2.5 billion. Previous efforts were sold to Union Planters Corp. in Memphis and Little Rock’s First Commercial Corp., demonstrating that Fowler can buy, build and sell banks with the same success he has had with fast-food franchises operated under his Fowler Foods banner. He was appointed to the Arkansas State Police Commission in 2009.
