Jim Walton, youngest son of Wal-Mart co-founder Sam Walton, ranked No. 20 on Forbes latest list of wealthiest billionaires with an estimated net worth of $21.3 billion. Walton leads Arvest Bank Group, the largest Arkansas bank holding company, with total assets of more than $11.5 billion. The banking venture dates back to 1976, with operations now spread throughout much of Arkansas and parts of Oklahoma, Missouri and Kansas.
