Paul Latture II

Paul Latture has been the executive director of the Little Rock Port Authority since December 1999. He is currently secretary-treasurer of the Arkansas Waterways Association and is a past chairman of the Arkansas Waterways Commission and a board member of the National Waterways Conference.

More than $350 million in new industrial plants have come on line in the past two years at the port, which has led to increases in employment and increases in both rail and barge shipments.
