Jimmy Moses has built a career on redevelopment in downtown Little Rock. His résumé expanded to include new construction projects featuring scores of residential condominiums. The list of new developments Moses and partner Rett Tucker brought on line includes projects with a combined value of more than $130 million: Capital Commerce Center, First Security Center, 300 Third Tower and the River Market Tower. The firm’s body of work helped establish its historical legacy, the River Market District.
