Rett Tucker has helped lead the surge of development in downtown Little Rock. Tucker and partner Jimmy Moses have championed mixed-use projects with a strong residential component. That has brought additions to the Capital City's skyline in the form of the seven-story Capital Commerce Center, 14-story First Security Center, 18-story 300 Third Tower and 20-story River Market Tower. A strong advocate for quality public education, Tucker led the effort to build the Central High Museum & Visitor Center.
