Communications Development, Inc. has made its mark since Trish Groves founded the agency in 1990. After 17 years, the steadily growing agency is made up of 33 employees who work in an office located on a scenic lakeside setting in Maumelle. Some of the agency’s most notable national clients include IdleAire Technologies, National Freight Industries, FedEx National LTL, and Sirius Satellite Radio. The agency also represents numerous Arkansas-based companies.
Drawing staff members from a variety of industries and backgrounds has allowed CDI to build an all-star staff. Specialists have expertise in such areas as recruiting, public relations, journalism, web design, event planning, media placement, creative writing, digital media, human resources, and photography.
With a group of talented professionals making up the staff, it is no surprise that the agency is highly decorated. In 2005, CDI won seven prestigious Service Industry Advertising Awards. The agency also brought home seven Addy® Awards from the Arkansas Advertising Federation the same year. Just recently, CDI proudly accepted eight SIAA, six Addy®, and four MarCom awards for 2006.
