Fittro joined the Arvest, Bentonville team in 2007 as their marketing officer. She came to Arvest from Springfield, Mo. where she had worked as the development director for Ozarks Area Community Action Corporation. She was also a branch coordinator and personal banker for a financial institution in Illinois.

A graduate of Bradley University in Peoria, Ill., Fittro holds her bachelor’s degree in communications.
Fittro serves on the board of directors for the Bentonville Library Foundation and the Arkansas Bank Marketing Association, and she is a part of the fundraising committee for the Benton County Sunshine School. Fittro is a graduate of the Missouri Leadership Institute, the GO-Lead Leadership and Development Institute in Springfield, Mo. and Leadership Benton County. She is a native of Mundelein, Ill. and is married to Zach Fittro.
