John Johnson Steps Up to President at Williams & Dean (Movers & Shakers)

John Johnson has been elected president of Williams & Dean Architecture Interior Design, and Heidi Stephens has been promoted to chief financial officer. Jesse Peterson and Mark Watts have been promoted to vice presidents.

Johnson has been with the firm for 19 years and has been a principal since 2006.

Stephens has been with the firm for nine years.

Peterson has been with the firm for 18 years and Watts for 11 years.

James Williams and Gary Dean remain with the firm as co-chairmen.


Cindy Duffy Sessoms has been named an associate architect at SCM Architects of Little Rock. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame School of Architecture, Sessoms joined SCM in 2010 and became a licensed architect in 2013.


Thomas Hennelly, who joined Crafton Tull as a project manager in January, has been promoted to vice president. Hennelly, a professional engineer, will supervise the production of all private land development projects handled through the firm’s Rogers office.
