Amy Pierce Named EVP, Senior Lender for Summit Bank in Little Rock (Super Mover)

Amy Pierce has been named executive vice president and senior lender for Summit Bank’s Little Rock region.

Background: Amy Pierce graduated from Central Baptist College in Conway with a Bachelor of Science. She has volunteered at the Women’s Foundation of Arkansas, University of Arkansas for Medical Science’s Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute, Little Rock Planning Commission and the Little Rock Rotary Club.

Experience: Pierce has more than 15 years of experience in the banking industry, five years of which were spent as a senior vice president at Delta Trust & Bank. She has held positions in banking management, commercial lending, business development and portfolio credit administration. She was recognized as one of Arkansas Business’ “40 Under 40” in 2009.

New Position: Pierce joined Summit Bank in July as executive vice president and senior lender for the Little Rock region. “We welcome Amy to our leadership team,” said Ross Whipple, chairman and CEO. “Her experience and talent for building relationships, along with her impressive business acumen, will be of great value to Summit Bank.”
