Deltic Timber WLR Land Deal Tops $2M

1 min read

A $2.4 million land deal struck four years ago has finally been filed at the Pulaski County Courthouse.

Deltic Timber Corp. of El Dorado acquired 37 acres in west Little Rock from Agar/Shuffield Joint Venture, led by Elvin Shuffield.

The undeveloped land, which is surrounded by Deltic’s Chenal Valley development, fills in a blank spot in the company’s ownership map.

Deltic also purchased a 1-acre tract in the area from Shuffield in a separate $100,000 deal.

A 19,712-SF office warehouse facility in North Little Rock tipped the scales at $1.8 million.

North Little Rock Ventures LLC, led by Roger McMennamy, bought the 2.5-acre Innerplan project at 7001 Innerplan Drive.

Seller? NSHE Clay LLC, led by James Narup.

You might recall the McMennamy family acquired the Innerplan business back in June 2009 and leased the real estate.
