We're told the deal for the 4.3-acre development at 8201 Cantrell Road should close before May Day.
We understand the new ownership group will include Dr. Scott Schlesinger and the LaFrance brothers, Stephen Jr. and Jason.
We're told to expect accompanying news that Legacy Neurosurgery, where Schlesinger practices, will develop clinical space in the 82,000-SF retail-office center.
That's a leasable space figure, by the way, and doesn't include the project's atrium.
Legacy was formerly known as Arkansas Neurosurgery Brain & Spine Clinic.
A personal tangent you might recall is Ryan Solomon, who left the Rose Law Firm in February to become CEO of Legacy Neurosurgery. Solomon, who did legal work for the LaFrances, indicated that expansion was in the works.
Lest we forget, Pavilion in the Park is owned by a namesake limited liability company controlled by Gene Cauley.
Look for more details on the pending transaction soon.
