Jack McCray has joined the Little Rock general contracting firm of VCC, where he will oversee business development in Arkansas.
McCray previously worked five years at Bank of the Ozarks as executive vice president of real estate acquisitions and development.
Before joining the Little Rock lender, McCray was president and COO of Little Rock's Chenal Properties. McCray held that position for 17 years with Deltic Timber Corp. of El Dorado and also managed Deltic's real estate division.
"Jack has more than 30 years of experience in real estate brokerage, development and banking, and we are thrilled that he brings this expertise to VCC," said Sam Alley, chairman and CEO. "He will be a valuable asset to our team as the company continues to grow and expand its services throughout the state."
Before his stint with Deltic and work on its Chenal Valley project, McCray helped develop residential neighborhoods and commercial projects at Little Rock's Bailey Corp. 1983-89.
